One other key thing to remember about Facebook video ads is 85% of people don’t use sound when watching videos. By adding captions to your video content, you can boost view time by as much as 12%. Facebook’s Caption Generator allows you to automatically add captions to videos and edit them after uploading. Make sure you go through and correct any translations that might be wrong.

<h2><strong>Tip #2: Target your most Responsive Audience.</strong></h2>
You can spend hours researching demographics, interests, and behaviors for ads but at the end of the day, most of your business will come from people who already know you. That could mean previous patients, website visitors, people who engage with your social media pages, etc. This is why retargeting is so important.
There are a couple of different ways that you can retarget through Facebook. First is the Facebook pixel, with this bit of code placed into your web page you are able to track all actions that have taken place on your website. Facebook allows you to retarget back to these people and also gives the great option to create a look-a-like audience from them. This means that the ad can also be shown to people most similar to your current audience in demographics, interests, or other similarities.
If you don’t have the pixel you can always use the views from your Facebook videos in order to create an audience. Through Facebook, you can choose an audience that watched a certain percentage of your videos. Since this audience has already shown interest in your content they are a great audience to target.

<h2><strong>Tip #3: Integrate Facebook Messenger with ChatBots into Your Ads</strong></h2>
Facebook messenger can be an incredibly powerful tool for opening communication with your audience. You can program chatbots to provide specific information on your product, provide support, or a plethora of other options. Using this feature you are able to provide a level of customer service that is quick and easy, even outside your office hours.
For example Orthodontists, you can use a chatbot for your audience to ask about prices of braces or Invisalign without the pressure or fear of calling the office and chatting with someone. Another simpler option is to use it to collect emails from an ad in return providing them with a coupon/discount through the messenger. There are endless amounts of possibilities that you can program a chatbot to do.
